Member Deposits & Shares (Long Term)
This forms the core of your membership and financial stake in the SACCO. Contributions to your long-term savings and shares are non-withdrawable, ensuring sustained growth and providing the base for accessing other SACCO benefits.

W.S.S. Savings (Short Term)
Our Withdrawal Savings Scheme (W.S.S.) offers a flexible way to save for planned annual expenses. Make monthly contributions for 11 months, with full withdrawal available every December.

- Ideal for holiday or end-year expenses.
Loans & Credit Facilities
Access a variety of loans designed to meet your diverse needs, whether for personal development, education, business expansion, or emergencies.
Emergency Loans
Designed to assist members in critical or urgent financial obligations. Get fast approval to cover immediate needs.
- Interest rate: 1.25% on reducing balance.
- Requirements: Current payslip, 3 guarantors, 1 supporting document, 1 witness.
- Repayment period: 12 months.
School Fees Loans
Processed for members to meet school fees requirements for their children. Ensure uninterrupted education.
- Interest rate: 1.25% on reducing balance.
- Requirements: Current payslip.
- School fee structure required.
- Repayment period: 12 months.
- Adequate guarantors required.
University / College Loans
Specifically for members to meet college and university fees for themselves or their children.
- Interest rate: 1.25% on reducing balance.
- Repayment period: Up to 2 years.
- Requirements: Current payslip, copies of guarantors ID cards, joining instructions from college/university, 5 guarantors.
Normal / Development Loans
Assists members in long-term income generating assets and activities, fostering sustainable financial growth.
- Interest rate: 1.25% on reducing balance.
- Repayment period: 60 months.
- Requirements: Current payslip, 5 guarantors, copy of guarantors national ID, 1 witness, phone numbers of guarantors.
Instant Loans
A short-term loan for immediate day-to-day issues and rent payments, with quick processing and recovery.
- Interest rate: 15% straight line.
- Repayment and recovery in the same month.
Special / Item Loans
Processed to help members meet urgent, occasional needs or acquire specific items. Quotations for items are required.
- Interest rate: 20% straight line.
- Repayment periods: 4 or 6 months.
Repurchase / Top-up Loans
These loans are for members who need to complete a project that was started but not yet finished, allowing for additional funding.
- Interest rate: 1.5% on reducing balance.
- Repayment period: 60 months.
Motorbike, Tuk-Tuk, Vehicle & Other Item Loans
Specialized loans for acquiring income-generating assets like motorbikes, tuk-tuks, vehicles, or other business items.
- Interest rate: 20% straight line.
- Repayment period: 30 months.

Beyond savings and loans, ALARM SACCO offers additional services to support the holistic well-being of its members.
Funeral Sustenance Fund
A compulsory program providing financial support during bereavement, easing the burden on members and their families.
- Monthly contribution: KES 300 per member.
- six(6) months membership period.
- Coverage: The member, one spouse, children, and biological parents of a member.
Mobile Banking (Lipa na M-pesa)
Convenient 24/7 access to your SACCO services via USSD and Mpesa, enabling easy deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries from anywhere. You can also get statements and loans.
